We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
An order is considered accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We do our best to display colors, visuals, and descriptions accurately, but display may vary depending on your screen and cannot be guaranteed 100%.

3. Pricing, taxes, and currency

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

When applicable, VAT or other sales taxes will be shown before the order is confirmed.

For deliveries outside your country or customs union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are not included in our prices and remain your responsibility.

5. Shipping and delivery

Order processing time is generally 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination country and carrier.

These timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, the carrier, peak periods, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the carrier delivers the package to the address provided. If a package is lost or damaged, please contact us promptly at contact@vitiorashop.com. We will help you find a solution in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

6. Returns, refunds, and 90-day guarantee

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on our products, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at contact@vitiorashop.com within 90 days after receiving your order. We will guide you through a simple return or refund process.

In most cases, you will be asked to return the product in reasonable condition. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law, return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of defective products or our error.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

For consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this is in addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Our 90-day guarantee is a commercial benefit and does not reduce your statutory rights.

Failing that, the competent courts of Wyoming, United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory rights to bring claims before the courts of your country of residence.
