This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed on vitiorashop.com.

1. Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
During high demand periods or promotions, this timeframe may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery times

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your country of residence and the carrier.

These timeframes are provided for information purposes only and are not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to customs, the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees, as well as any free shipping thresholds, are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, subject to conditions and limited in time.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by local authorities or the carrier. These are not included in our prices and remain your responsibility.

4. Incorrect or incomplete address

Please carefully check your shipping address before confirming your order.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the carrier may return it to us. In this case:

  • We can reship the order to a corrected address once the package is returned, and

  • Additional reshipping fees may apply.

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee a free reshipment.

5. Lost or damaged packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@vitiorashop.com, ideally within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt.

We may ask you for photos of the package and the items received. After an investigation with the carrier, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a reshipment or a refund, depending on the situation.

6. 90-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be able to try our products with peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the day you receive your order.

If you are not satisfied for any reason:

  • Email us at contact@vitiorashop.com, including your order number and the reason for your request.

  • Our team will provide clear, simple return instructions.

  • Return the product in reasonable condition, preferably with its original packaging when possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund of the product price to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

  • Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or the error is on our side.

Our 90-day guarantee is an additional commercial benefit that applies even after the expiration of the 14-day legal withdrawal period for consumers in the EU and the UK. It does not limit your statutory rights in any way.

7. Legal right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days.

To exercise this right:

  • You must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the product(s), for example by email at contact@vitiorashop.com.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the product(s).

  • We will refund the product price and the initial standard shipping fees within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, for example sealed items that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or personalized products, as permitted by law.

8. Non-returnable products

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened or used, except in the event of a defect. When this applies, it will be stated on the product page.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different model, size, or variant, you can:

  • Return the original item for a refund, then

  • Place a new order for the product you want.
